I so adore the character’s in this series! So wonderfully flawed! I loved the short glimpse that we get from Charlotte’s point of view; such a great little sojourn into the depths of her character. Great character development overall in this one and I really enjoyed the new characters that we get to see: especially August and Leander. My only complaint would be that some of the plot felt rushed, especially at the end, and I sometimes found myself having to read passages multiple times to really understand what was happening. I have so many theories about what is going to happen to our characters next, not all of them good. It’s going to be a long wait for the final installment.
