What a marvelous, mysterious, and magical journey! With a tone and feel of magic that reminded me a bit of Gaiman’s Stardust (the movie at least, the book is still on my list), Caraval was an exciting romp through a dangerous, creepy, and wonder-filled carnival. With quick pacing and new surprises around every turn, I was never disappointed. Very much looking forward to more from this author.
